Richard finally pulled over on the shoulder and parked. Then he was arrested. It was his word against the Dispatcher's. A California federal Judge, David Carter, a former Marine, has set a date to hear citizens request Obama produce his birth certificate! January 26, 2010. The result: *the Judge kicked the question on to the Supreme Court since Obama set himself above the law and did not respond, . The Court decided not to hear this! *** SARAH FOR PRES IN 2012? GO GIRL! At the national Tea Party Convention the people chanted SARAH 2012. over and over. When asked if she would accept and run for the White House, she said she'd do whatever the people wanted and with the support and approval of her family. . *** OREGON PAROLE BOARD: A concerned citizen asks, "Who is in charge?-- member Darcy Baker?" She has been on the Board since 2004. The citizen tells us that John Torkleson, who has been in prison more than 20 years has been before the Board multiple times requesting Parole and has been denied multiple times. Essentially because, according to the strident voice of Ms Baker, "he is screwed up." Is she a psychologist? No. Does a psychologist say he is screwed up? No. To the contrary a psychologist says he is good to be Paroled. So we ask Ms Baker to clearly tell us why Mr Torkleson is "screwed up?" And also why the two other Board members permit her to make this decision? Thank Goodness the Parole Board is almost history. ***

Oregon, for instance, promptly applied their portion to reduce our debt. Not for jobs. *** Can we spend our way out of a deep, deep hole? With borrowed money yet! In fact, when has government ever been a stimulus? It seems more government makes us more dependent on government -- Socialism? And when has that been successful? *** No ridiculous spending sticks to this mesmerist talker, Obama -- yet. So far he's managed to cleverly blame Dubya for every short coming, but soon he will own results. *** Ownership is about to stick. The politically correct loons have so intimidated even the military that they sat back and just watched the massacre build which occurred at Fort Hood, Texas recently. Some really far left loons piped up once or maybe twice trying to get some traction to justify the massacre saying the poor perp was so misunderstood and abused. Imagine that! But they now at least have charged him with 13 murders. Spending more money for a circus trial? *** But the loons are still going. Obama absurdly announced on day one in office he was closing Gitmo by the first of 2010. So now they're trying to find some way to do that. They've come up with a scary decision -- bring them to New York, where their horrendous 9/11 crime occurred and give them all the rights of a U.S. citizen in court i.e. Were those captured on the battle field given their Miranda Rights? Were they properly charged? Will they ever be tried? If this happens they will most certainly be provided a world stage to blame the U.S.A.for something. *** GOING ROUGE,Sarah's autobiography, is in bookstores and a run away best seller. An interesting, worthwhile read. *** One suggestion recently aired is to starve the federal government; do away with the 16th Amendment, which gives the feds the right to tax and return that power to the States where it was originally. *** Maybe Americans aren't quite as corrupt as in the rest of the world, but what is different is here in the U.S. dissenters can say what they think without bring put in prison or beheaded. ***

What should we think of most of the President's Cabinet picks with ethical problems? 2 tax cheats, Treasury Sec'y and Health & Human Services; an Atty. General who sneaked a last minute Pardon for Clinton's signature in 2000 for a convicted treasonous felon, Marc Rich, hiding in Switzerland but selling weapons to Iran for them to use to kill Americans in Iraq. Or helping to Pardon terrorists. Perhaps Obama's purpose in choosing these shady Clinton re-treads is as Larry Klayman, founder of JUDICIAL WATCH, has said, "The Clintons laid down an ultimatum for Obama: "play ball with them or they would both work to see he lost the election." But it seems Obama is getting even. Dick Morris points out that Sec'y of State Hillary has been effectively boxed into just having crumbs to work with since he's appointed a Czar to go jawbone at all the foreign hot spots. *** WILL WE SEE A BIG CHANGE IN NOVEMBER? Maybe the public is beginning to change their minds the more they learn about those they so hopefully elected, that maybe they're just another brand of con artist. after all. Recently we saw a bumper sticker where a man was locking and loading his rifle, lining up a donkey in his sights. *** However, are the Republicans any better? It seems Power corrupts is as true today as ever it was. *** Why it is more important than ever to return ALL tax collection to the States. The Democratic Congress is losing no time in Spreading the wealth around. Big Spenders of Other People's Money. And they're hurrying to get in as much plundering as possible before the November elections as they realize they'll surely be turned out of office. The Republicans are saying they can reverse some of the worst spending. And promising to do so. We'll be watching. *** Here are some of the current outrageous spending: $200,000. for a Small Business Incubator! $10,000,000. for Hometown Security! On top of the millions already allocated for for Homeland Security? A Kentucky Representative coralled this sum. Wonder where this tidy sum will be spent? $400,000. to restore an old theater in N.Y. $500,000. for brown snake control in Guam. $3.5 million for aviation research in Kansas. $2.6 million for potatoe research $7.3 million for Senator Harkin Awards *** An historian, Thomas Fleming, has written an article titled: WAS GEORGE W. BUSH THE WORST PRESIDENT? He goes on to describe the imperfect actions of 7 past Presidents, all of which can be roundly disparaged. What most people do not realize when criticizing him for the Irag war, is that the War in Iraq is a fantastic success. in spite of the slanderous, treasonous one at home. Not just militarily, but most importantly giving the Iraqui people their first freedom to govern themselves in all the many centuries they've existed on Earth. They can vote and elect their representatives. Women can participate too. They can now tbe educated and take a more equal part in their society. Their oil wealth can be used for the people instead of building 9 palaces for a dictator. What a wonderful example for all the other Middle East peoples still under the thumb of dictatorial governments. *** NOTE BUSH BASHERS: I believe one of the Ten Commandments is Thou shalt not slander thy neighbor. Have the Dark Forces gotten such a powerful choke hold on the Bush critics that they have sunk to such a low they no longer know right from wrong? *** Winston Churchill said, Socialism is the philosophy of failure. *** Illinois ex-Governor Rod Blagojevich has published his reply to the Legislators who ousted him. It is titled GOVERNOR. And, as expected stoutly proclaims his innocence; that he was slandered by political opponents; that they took statements out of context especially concerning the Justice Dept.'s Special Prosecutor. He says, "Someone is lying here and it ain't me." It seems to me there is reasonable doubt here. ***
